Description

You will own the functional and technical delivery of Oracle Cloud HCM implementations, bridging business requirements with system configuration.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Identify functionality gaps and develop tailored solutions.
• Develop future state recommendations based on current client processes.
• Advise clients on options, risks, and cross-system process impacts.
• Lead and conduct CRP, SIT, and UAT activities.
• Deliver end-user training and create associated documentation.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of Information Technology experience.
• Extensive experience across at least 4 modules: Core HR, Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, and Absence.
• Experience with the full SDLC lifecycle.
• Ability to provide status and issue reports to project management and clients.
• Experience providing production support in Fusion Cloud projects.
• Knowledge of SQL querying.
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on Oracle functional experience with basic technical knowledge (querying transactions/linking tables).
• Experience working in a global delivery model coordinating with offshore teams.
