Description

You will lead Oracle Cloud HCM transformations, bridging business strategy with technical implementation. You own the full SDLC, from requirement analysis to production support, ensuring strategic alignment with CXO stakeholders and HR business partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-country HCM cloud transformations, managing complex organizational structures and module implementations.
• Design and optimize HR IT landscapes, including cloud readiness assessments and Target Operating Models (TOM).
• Configure and advise on Cloud HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, ORC, and OTL.
• Perform detailed requirement analysis and deliver viable HCM solution designs with clear value propositions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to capture requirements and provide expert advice on configuration and best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud HCM techno-functional consulting.
• Deep expertise in Oracle Fusion Payroll and Benefits modules.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale HCM cloud implementations from inception to deployment.
• Strong understanding of the full SDLC, including requirement gathering, testing, and go-live support.
• Ability to design experience-centric HR processes and integrate strategic use cases.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience advising CXO communities and HR business leaders.
• Experience in workforce transformation strategies and modern design thinking.
