Description

You will lead Oracle Cloud HCM transformations, bridging business strategy with technical implementation across the full SDLC.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-country HCM cloud transformations and manage complex organizational structures.
• Design and optimize HR IT landscapes, including cloud readiness assessments and Target Operating Models.
• Configure Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, ORC, and OTL modules.
• Perform detailed requirement analysis and deliver viable HCM solution designs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and advise CXO stakeholders on configuration and best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud HCM techno-functional consulting.
• Deep expertise in Oracle Fusion Payroll and Benefits modules.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale HCM cloud implementations from inception to deployment.
• Strong understanding of the full SDLC, including requirement gathering, testing, and go-live support.
• Ability to design experience-centric HR processes and integrate strategic use cases.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience advising HR business leaders.
• Experience in workforce transformation strategies and modern design thinking.
