Description

You will own the functional design, configuration, and support of Oracle Cloud HCM Learning, Skills, and Grow modules.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Engage with business stakeholders to analyze learning and growth requirements and propose optimal Oracle HCM solutions.
• Translate business requirements into functional designs, solution documentation, and configuration specifications.
• Configure and maintain Oracle Learning, Skills, and Oracle Grow, including DFF, EFF, KFF, Lookups, and User Defined Tables.
• Develop and maintain OTBI and BI Publisher reports, performing data validation and analysis using SQL.
• Design Oracle Journeys and implement Fast Formulas for business rules and validations.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Oracle HCM with active Oracle Cloud OLC certification.
• Deep expertise in Oracle Learning, Skills, and Oracle Grow modules.
• Hands-on experience with Data Flex Fields (DFF), Extension Flex Fields (EFF), Key Flex Fields (KFF), and Lookups.
• Proficiency in developing OTBI and BI Publisher reports.
• Strong SQL skills for data validation and analysis.
• Experience designing Oracle Journeys and writing Fast Formulas.
• Bachelor's degree (Any Graduate).
