Description

You will configure and implement Oracle Fusion HCM modules, serving as the technical and functional bridge for HCM solutions.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Configure and implement Oracle Fusion HCM modules, focusing on Payroll (US) and Benefits.
• Gather requirements from business stakeholders and translate them into functional Oracle HCM solutions.
• Design and develop reports and dashboards using BI Publisher, OTBI, and HCM Extracts.
• Perform system testing, support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and resolve identified issues.
• Provide L2/L3 support for Core HR, Payroll (US), Absence Management, ORC, OTL, and Benefits modules.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in a Techno-Functional role for HCM applications.
• Strong experience with Oracle Fusion HCM, specifically Payroll and Benefits.
• Hands-on experience with at least two full lifecycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.
• Proficiency in BI Publisher, OTBI, HCM Extracts, and Fast Formulas.
• Knowledge of HDL (HCM Data Loader) and HSDL.
• Familiarity with APIs, including REST/SOAP APIs.
• Competency in PL/SQL and ADFDi.
• In-depth understanding of HR business processes (time tracking, recruiting, core HR).
• Ability to manage security profiles and approval workflows.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with FBDI and VBCS.
