Description

You will lead large-scale Oracle Cloud HCM transformations, bridging technical configuration with HR business strategy.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR stakeholders and IT teams to capture business requirements and define strategic alignment for digital transformation.
• Configure and optimize Oracle Cloud HCM modules including Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, ORC, and OTL.
• Design Target Operating Models (TOM) and experience-centric HR processes, integrating AI accelerators where applicable.
• Produce viable HCM solution design documents and present value propositions to CXO-level audiences.
• Manage the full SDLC, ensuring rigorous testing, smooth production go-live, and ongoing operational support.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM and Oracle Cloud HCM implementations.
• Deep functional expertise in Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, ORC, and OTL modules.
• Proven track record of leading multi-country, large-scale HCM cloud transformations.
• Strong understanding of HR domain processes and workforce transformation strategies.
• Ability to design HR IT landscapes, including vendor selection and cloud readiness assessments.
• Experience delivering complex solution designs and managing cross-functional stakeholder expectations.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with modern design thinking and emerging technologies in HR tech.
• Background in skill-based organizational models and talent marketplace solutions.
