Description

You will lead the technical and functional implementation and support of Oracle Cloud HCM.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements and configure the system across Oracle HCM modules.
• Drive end-to-end accountability for project activities, including testing and issue resolution.
• Lead and conduct CRP, SIT, and UAT cycles.
• Develop end-user documentation and deliver training materials.
• Advise clients on system options, risks, and process impacts.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of relevant Information Technology experience, including Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM.
• Extensive experience in at least 3 modules: Core HR, Compensation, Benefits, or Recruiting.
• Knowledge of Oracle Extracts, Fast Formula, and Integrations.
• Experience working with the full SDLC lifecycle.
• Proven ability to communicate status and issue reports to stakeholders.
• Proficiency in SQL queries.
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent.
• Experience in production support within Fusion cloud projects.

Preferred Skills

• Oracle hands-on functional experience with technical knowledge.
• Experience working in a Global delivery model with offshore teams.
