Description

Manage and support Oracle Cloud HCM modules and data processes.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage Core HR, Payroll, Talent, and Recruitment functional areas.
• Configure and maintain Benefits modules.
• Develop and run extract reports.
• Execute SQL queries for data management and troubleshooting.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience working with Oracle HCM.
• Deep functional knowledge of Core HR.
• Hands-on experience with Payroll modules.
• Experience managing Talent and Recruitment workflows.
• Proficiency in Benefits administration within Oracle.
• Ability to build and manage extract reports.
• Strong technical skills in writing SQL queries.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
