Description

You will manage and support Oracle HCM modules within a US-based remote environment.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage Oracle HCM functional areas including Core HR, Payroll, Talent, and Recruitment.
• Administer Benefits configurations and extract necessary reporting data.
• Write and execute SQL queries to manage data and support system requirements.
• Maintain system integrity across the HCM suite.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience working with Oracle HCM.
• Hands-on experience with Core HR modules.
• Deep knowledge of Payroll processes.
• Functional expertise in Talent and Recruitment modules.
• Experience managing Benefits configurations.
• Ability to extract and manage reports.
• Proficiency in writing SQL queries.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.
