Description

You will manage and support Oracle Cloud HCM modules and data integrations.

Responsibilities

• Implement and support Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) and Core HR modules.
• Manage Talent modules including Performance, Goals, Talent Review, Succession, and Talent Pools.
• Configure and maintain Redwood/Visual Builder, Journeys, and AI Dynamic skills.
• Execute data transfers between Core HCM and third-party systems using HDL/HSDL and BI Extracts.
• Develop integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and REST APIs.
