Description

You will lead complex, multi-year Oracle Cloud and SaaS project engagements from inception to completion.

Responsibilities

• Manage project resources, timelines, and budgets while addressing scope changes through formal change control processes.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and weekly status reporting for PMOs and steering committees.
• Engage with client stakeholders and project teams to ensure adherence to established methodologies.
• Collaborate with offshore delivery teams to manage both functional and technical tasks.
• Support business development through technical presentations and proposals.

Required Skills

• 3-5+ years of experience managing Oracle Cloud implementation projects (HCM, FIN, SCM, EPM, or ERP).
• Proven track record leading multi-phase migrations and complex Oracle Cloud engagements.
• Direct experience working within the Public Sector (city, state, local government) or K-12 environments.
• Deep understanding of full life cycle project delivery, including stakeholder and risk management.
• Experience managing engagements involving third-party integrated systems.
• Ability to lead discussions across technical, functional, change management, and operations disciplines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio.
• Strong troubleshooting skills to resolve cross-team challenges.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Skills

• PMP Certification.
• Familiarity with change management implementation practices.
