Description

You will design, manage, and maintain Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) environments, including database, middleware, and infrastructure components.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Oracle APEX (18+) applications and ORDS (22+) services.
• Configure and administer Oracle WebLogic Server 14, including patching and maintenance.
• Plan and execute database upgrades, migrations, and conversions from 19c to 26ai, managing CDB and PDB structures.
• Implement and manage backup, recovery, and replication strategies using RMAN and Oracle Data Guard.
• Automate routine tasks using shell scripting, Ansible, and manage patches via Fleet Management Tool.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and DBaaS.
• Deep proficiency in Oracle Database 19c and 26ai, including Container and Pluggable Database management.
• Strong Linux/Unix skills with shell scripting expertise.
• Experience with GitLab, Ansible scripting, and CI/CD tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI.
• Proficiency in Python and JavaScript for automation and development support.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM) 24ai for monitoring and management.
• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes containerization technologies.

Preferred Skills

• Oracle certifications such as OCIP, OCP, or OCE.
• Experience designing high-availability and disaster recovery solutions.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and API integration.
