What's the Job?

• Lead the design and delivery of Oracle ERP cloud conversion strategies using automation tools and data mapping techniques.
• Collaborate with business teams to understand current processes and develop robust technical solutions for data migration.
• Manage technical resources supporting conversion activities, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
• Participate in requirement gathering, project planning, and development of proposals for conversion activities.
• Define and implement validation procedures to ensure data accuracy and completeness during system transitions.

What's Needed?

• 10 to 12 years of experience in designing and implementing conversions between Oracle on-premises, Oracle cloud ERP, EPM, and third-party systems.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP and Procurement Cloud conversions, including automation tools and data mapping.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly understand complex business requirements.
• Experience supporting full project lifecycle from requirements to deployment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
