Description

You will lead the design and delivery of Oracle ERP cloud conversion strategies, managing technical resources and ensuring data accuracy during system transitions.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of Oracle ERP cloud conversion strategies using automation tools and data mapping.
• Collaborate with business teams to understand current processes and develop technical solutions for data migration.
• Manage technical resources supporting conversion activities, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
• Participate in requirement gathering, project planning, and development of proposals for conversion activities.
• Define and implement validation procedures to ensure data accuracy and completeness during system transitions.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in designing and implementing conversions between Oracle on-premises and Oracle Cloud ERP.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP and Procurement Cloud conversions.
• Proficiency with automation tools and data mapping techniques.
• Experience with EPM systems conversions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex business requirements.
• Experience supporting the full project lifecycle from requirements to deployment.
• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
