Description

Own the OCI architecture, design validation, and hands-on implementation for cloud infrastructure and Oracle Integration Cloud.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate OCI architecture and design decisions with implementation partners.
• Configure and manage OCI environments, including compute, networking, IAM, and connectivity.
• Co-lead the architecture and implementation of integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for HR and payroll systems.
• Establish standards and best practices across OCI and Oracle Fusion applications (HCM, EPM, FAH, FDI).
• Drive the transition from implementation to internal ownership, ensuring complete documentation and knowledge transfer.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in cloud architecture or engineering.
• Hands-on expertise with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) compute, networking, IAM, and compartments.
• Proven experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Experience with Oracle Fusion applications, specifically HCM and/or EPM.
• Strong understanding of cloud security, identity management, and networking concepts.
• Ability to operate as both an architect and a hands-on builder.
• Experience working with large system integrators.

Preferred Skills

• OCI Architect certification (Associate or Professional).
• Experience transitioning environments from implementation to steady-state operations.
