Key Responsibilities

Lead and deliver Oracle Fusion Cloud Order Management implementations and support engagements.

Manage end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes including order capture, pricing, order orchestration, fulfillment, shipping, invoicing, and returns.

Configure and support Oracle Order Management Cloud, including order orchestration, orchestration processes, fulfillment lines, holds, approvals, and order imports.

Work across Oracle SCM modules such as Inventory, Shipping, Procurement, Product Hub, and Global Order Promising (GOP).

Integrate Order Management with Accounts Receivables, Receivables Accounting, Tax, and other Oracle ERP/SCM modules.

Configure and support pricing, discounts, price lists, and pricing strategies using Oracle Advanced Pricing.

Analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle Cloud solutions and functional specifications.

Support OTBI/BI Publisher reporting, interfaces, integrations, data migration, testing, and production deployment.

Work with technical teams on REST/SOAP APIs, FBDI, web services, and integration requirements.

Lead SIT, UAT, defect resolution, cutover, go-live, and post-production support.

Prepare functional design documents, configuration documents, test scripts, and user documentation.

Act as an SME and collaborate with business stakeholders, offshore/onshore teams, and technical teams.

Skills Required

8+ years of experience in Oracle Applications / Oracle SCM.

Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud Order Management.

Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash (OTC) business processes.

Expertise in Oracle SCM Cloud / Fusion SCM.

Experience with Order Management, Inventory Management, Shipping, and GOP/ATP.

Good knowledge of Oracle Advanced Pricing.

Working knowledge of Oracle Accounts Receivables / Financials integration.

Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, FBDI, interfaces, and integrations.

Experience in Oracle Cloud implementation, configuration, testing, and support.

Strong knowledge of order orchestration, fulfillment, sourcing, ATP, shipping, invoicing, returns, and cancellations.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred

Experience in at least 2 full-cycle Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations.

Oracle Cloud SCM / Order Management certification is preferred.

Experience working in global/multi-country implementations.

Ability to lead functional teams and independently manage OTC solution delivery
