Key Responsibilities

Oracle Cloud Implementation Leadership

Lead full lifecycle Oracle Fusion Cloud OTC implementations from discovery through post-go-live support.

Drive business process assessments, fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and stabilization activities.

Manage implementation deliverables, project timelines, and stakeholder expectations.

OTC Functional Ownership

Configure and support Oracle Fusion Cloud modules including:

Accounts Receivable (AR)

Order Management (OM)

Pricing

Billing & Invoicing

Revenue Recognition

Cash Application

Collections

Credit Management

Customer Data Management (CDM)

Ensure business processes align with enterprise standards and best practices.

Mergers & Acquisitions Integration

Lead Oracle Cloud onboarding activities for newly acquired businesses.

Support customer master migration, receivables conversion, invoice migration, and legal entity onboarding.

Drive Day-1 readiness, cutover execution, and post-integration stabilization.

Solution Design & Stakeholder Collaboration

Partner with Finance, Accounting, Revenue Operations, Tax, Treasury, and business stakeholders to define scalable solutions.

Conduct discovery workshops, design sessions, and functional reviews.

Develop functional specifications, process documentation, configuration workbooks, and test scripts.

Integrations, Testing & Deployment

Lead integration design and validation across Oracle Fusion Cloud, billing platforms, CRM systems, and enterprise applications.

Oversee System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect resolution, and cutover planning.

Ensure successful production deployments and smooth transition to support teams.

Required Qualifications

10+ years of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementation experience.

Proven experience leading at least three full lifecycle Oracle Cloud implementations from discovery through hypercare.

Strong hands-on expertise with Oracle Fusion:

Accounts Receivable

Order Management

Pricing

Billing

Revenue Recognition

Customer Data Management

Deep understanding of Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes, including invoicing, collections, cash application, receivables management, and financial reconciliation.

Experience with Oracle Cloud integrations involving subscription billing platforms and enterprise applications.

Hands-on experience with customer onboarding, data migration, receivables conversion, and enterprise transformation initiatives.

Strong knowledge of mergers and acquisitions, ERP carve-outs, and business integration programs.

Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently in complex, cross-functional environments.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Zuora Billing, Zuora Revenue, or similar subscription billing platforms.

Expertise designing end-to-end Subscription-to-Cash (S2C) and Order-to-Cash (OTC) solutions.

Experience integrating Oracle Cloud with CRM platforms, billing solutions, tax engines, and payment systems.

Knowledge of Oracle Cloud data conversion, workflow automation, and reporting.

Experience supporting global, multi-currency, multi-business unit, and multi-legal entity environments.

Background working within large-scale enterprise transformation or high-growth organizations
