Description

Lead functional delivery for Oracle ERP Cloud Project Management implementations, covering Project Financials, Grants Management, and Project Contract Billing.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional tracks for Project Financials, Grants Management, and Project Contract Billing modules.
• Conduct gap analysis between client requirements and delivered functionality, providing documented solutions and process flows.
• Configure Cloud PPM modules to align with customer business processes and map legacy financial data to Oracle Cloud.
• Develop functional designs for technical objects, define testing criteria, and lead unit, integration, and acceptance testing events.
• Facilitate business requirement workshops and knowledge transfer sessions with clients.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of ERP implementation experience on Cloud Applications.
• Proven track record of leading at least 2 full-cycle implementations as a Lead Consultant for Oracle Cloud PPM.
• Deep subject matter expertise in Oracle Cloud Project Portfolio Management (PPM), specifically Project Financials, Grants Management, and Project Contract Billing.
• Hands-on experience in configuring and transaction processing within PPM modules.
• Ability to provide solutions based on accounting principles and rules.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong ability to collaborate with onsite, offshore, and PMO teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with City or County clients involving Grants Accounting, Budgetary Controls, and Encumbrance Accounting.
• Exposure to SCM, Financial applications, Project Management, Project Scheduling, Resource Management, and Task Management.
• Knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP, Primavera P6, and Project Scheduling.
