Description

You will lead the functional workstream for Oracle Cloud PPM implementations, ensuring alignment with solution architecture and program governance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle PPM functional activities across all project phases, coordinating functional consultants and offshore resources.
• Manage day-to-day execution, tracking deliverables, dependencies, issues, and risks.
• Conduct requirements validation workshops and assess fit-gap opportunities during Assessment & Design.
• Oversee configuration for Project Foundation, Project Financial Management (Billing, Cost Management), and Resource Management.
• Support the PPM Solution Architect in achieving solution objectives and ensuring ERP program governance compliance.

Required Skills

• 8–12+ years of Oracle ERP experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on Oracle Cloud PPM experience.
• Proven track record with multiple Oracle Cloud PPM implementations.
• At least 2 full-lifecycle Oracle Cloud implementations.
• Deep expertise in Project Financial Management, including Billing and Cost Management.
• Strong knowledge of Resource Management, covering assignment and allocation.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting PPM Solution Architects in complex enterprise environments.
• Proven ability to lead functional teams and manage offshore resources effectively.
