Lead functional tracks for Oracle ERP Cloud Project Management, focusing on Project Financials, Oracle Grants Management, and Project Contract Billing.
Responsibilities
- Lead workshops to define business requirements and conduct gap analysis between client needs and delivered functionality.
- Map customer business processes to Oracle Cloud PPM processes and configure modules to align with those processes.
- Develop functional designs for technical objects and define test criteria for each.
- Lead testing events including unit, integration, and acceptance testing, including scenario development and data preparation.
- Manage data migration from legacy systems to Oracle Cloud Applications and document gaps, issues, process flows, and RAID items.
Required Skills
- Minimum 5 years of ERP implementation experience on Cloud Applications.
- Completion of at least 2 full-cycle implementations as a Lead Consultant for Oracle Cloud PPM.
- Subject matter expertise in Oracle Cloud Project Portfolio Management (PPM) modules: Project Financials, Oracle Grants Management, and Project Contract Billing.
- Hands-on experience configuring and processing transactions within PPM modules.
- Experience with Grants Accounting, Budgetary Controls, and Encumbrance Accounting.
- Proficiency in Oracle Cloud ERP and Primavera P6.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with City or County level clients.
- Exposure to SCM, Financial applications, Project Management, Project Scheduling, Resource Management, and Task management.
