Description

Manage the implementation of a new ERP system for a K-12 organization in Norfolk, VA.

You will own the end-to-end project lifecycle, from planning through deployment, ensuring alignment with public sector requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead ERP implementations within public sector or large public-school environments.
• Manage project lifecycles using PMBOK, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Track project costs and report budget variances accurately.
• Delegate tasks effectively to ensure project milestones are met.
• Oversee business processes related to Finance, Human Resources, and Supply Chain.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• PMP certification.
• Proficiency in PMBOK, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience with Lawson ERP or public sector ERP implementations.
• Knowledge of Financial, Human Resources, and Supply Chain business processes.
• Hands-on experience with Smartsheets, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Teams.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
