Description

Lead Oracle Cloud implementations from inception to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans, spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps to document requirements.
• Coordinate internal resources and Oracle teams to drive project execution and stakeholder alignment.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, including steering committee, sunrise, and sunset meetings.
• Perform risk management and create project financials to minimize project risks and ensure fiscal responsibility.
• Guide implementation teams and SMEs through the project lifecycle to meet business requirements and report escalations.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of proven experience in project management.
• 10+ years of overall Oracle experience.
• PMP certification.
• Expertise in Oracle Cloud implementation.
• Thorough knowledge of SDLC methodologies, including Waterfall and Agile.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience managing Statements of Work (SOW), project scope, and objectives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client-facing and internal use.
