Description

Lead large-scale Oracle ERP migrations and implementations as an onshore project manager.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the migration from Oracle EBS to Fusion Cloud, covering systems strategy, requirements gathering, and fit-gap analysis.
• Manage a team of 50+ functional, technical, and administrative members, acting as the liaison between offshore and onsite teams.
• Oversee project plan progress, manage scope creep, and ensure change requests are approved and mapped against timelines.
• Control and report project status to the Steering Group, maintaining risk logs and executing contingency plans.
• Direct business process designs, conference room pilots (CRPs), functional configuration, testing, and user training.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of ERP experience.
• Minimum 2 years of implementing and supporting Fusion Cloud applications.
• Proven track record of managing at least 2 successful Oracle ERP/SCM Cloud projects.
• Direct experience migrating Oracle EBS to Fusion Cloud.
• Deep understanding of Oracle EBS and Oracle Cloud business processes and industry best practices.
• Experience using PMI or Agile methodologies to track issues and bugs.
• Ability to manage large, multi-disciplinary teams.

Preferred Skills

• PMP or Scrum Master certification.
