Description

You will lead end-to-end implementation, rollout, and support of Oracle Fusion Cloud Manufacturing, Cost Management, and Inventory Management modules.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-lifecycle Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations from design through hypercare and go-live support.
• Manage Cost Management and Inventory Management modules, including costing methods (Standard, Actual, FIFO/Average), cost rollups, WIP accounting, and variance analysis.
• Support month-end and period-close activities related to costing and inventory valuation.
• Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, Order Management, and Quality teams to ensure seamless process integration.
• Document functional designs and communicate effectively with stakeholders in an onsite-offshore delivery model.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of overall SCM/ERP experience with significant focus on Oracle Fusion Cloud.
• Minimum 1–2 full-lifecycle Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations.
• Strong functional expertise in Oracle Fusion Manufacturing, Cost Accounting, and Inventory Management.
• Solid understanding of costing methods, cost rollups, WIP accounting, and variance analysis.
• Experience working in onsite-offshore delivery models.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of related upstream/downstream modules such as Order Management, Procurement, Quality Management, and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM).
