Description

You will act as the primary supply chain expert onsite, bridging client business needs with IT execution and global delivery teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Provide post go-live production support and resolve critical issues within Oracle Cloud SCM.
• Optimize existing Oracle Cloud SCM modules and drive ongoing process enhancements.
• Collaborate with end users and stakeholders to maintain stable daily supply chain operations.
• Coordinate incident resolution and enhancement delivery with offshore delivery teams.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience supporting live, cloud-based supply chain solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud SCM modules: Order Management, Logistics, Manufacturing, and Procurement.
• Deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes and cross-functional integration.
• Practical familiarity with approval workflows and process automation configuration in Oracle Cloud SCM.
• Proficient analytical, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis skills.
• Knowledge of Oracle reporting tools, specifically OTBI and BI Publisher.
• Experience coordinating with remote teams for escalation management.
• Familiarity with Oracle implementation methodologies (AIM, OUM) or related APIs.
