Description

You will provide functional expertise and day-to-day support for Oracle Cloud SCM modules. You will troubleshoot system issues, configure enhancements, and align applications with business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Configure system enhancements and customize applications to align with business requirements.
• Analyze business processes to identify improvements and implement SCM best practices.
• Develop user documentation and conduct training sessions to assist with system adoption.
• Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, resolutions, and processes.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience supporting Oracle Cloud SCM modules.
• Deep functional knowledge of Oracle Cloud SCM suite, including Inventory, Order Management, and Procurement.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes.
• Proficiency with Jira, Manage Engine, and ServiceNow.
• Experience coordinating with Oracle support and third-party vendors for integrations.
• Bachelor's Degree.
