Description

Provide functional support and system maintenance for Oracle Cloud SCM modules in Chattanooga, TN.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues within Oracle Cloud SCM modules.
• Configure system enhancements and customize applications to align with business requirements.
• Analyze business processes to identify improvements and implement best practices.
• Develop user documentation and conduct training sessions for end users.
• Manage incidents and deliverables with offshore teams to ensure SLA compliance.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience supporting Oracle Cloud SCM modules.
• Deep functional knowledge of Oracle Cloud SCM suite, including Inventory, Order Management, and Procurement.
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes and functionalities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate with Oracle support and third-party vendors.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with service management tools such as Manage Engine, ServiceNow, or Jira.
• Familiarity with SQL and basic knowledge of Oracle Cloud technical components.
• Oracle Cloud SCM certification.
