Description

You will lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle ERP core SCM modules within the Life Sciences industry.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead system implementation and setup for Oracle ERP core SCM modules including DP, SP, INV, WMS, and BOM.
• Conduct discovery and requirements gathering sessions to map business processes to Oracle Cloud functionality.
• Configure Oracle ERP to meet specific business requirements and lead business process walkthroughs.
• Perform functional testing and coordinate System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Manage go-live preparation, cut-over support, and post-production support.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as an Oracle Functional consultant.
• 5+ years of experience implementing or supporting Oracle Cloud SCM projects and upgrades.
• Domain expertise in Life Sciences (Pharma/Biotech) industries.
• Extensive knowledge of Oracle Cloud SCM modules: Inventory Management, Cost Management, Procurement Management, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Product Information Management, and Warehouse Management.
• Experience supporting ERP Manufacturing and Quality Management Cloud modules.
• Full SDLC experience covering requirements, gap analysis, design, build, testing, and cut-over.
• Proficiency in leading fit-gap analysis, business process design, and managing Conference Room Pilots (CRPs).
• Experience working in an agile delivery environment.
