Description

Lead the Supply Chain Management Support team and manage deliverables for the Oracle Supply Chain track. Design Oracle Cloud applications and integration solutions while defining team structures and providing accurate solution estimations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the SCM Support team and manage deliverables for global workstreams.
• Elicit requirements and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and development teams.
• Manage complex, large-scale support endeavors across multiple concurrent clients.
• Author, edit, and present technical documentation and industry best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with at least two Oracle Cloud SCM products (P2P, O2C, Manufacturing & Cost Management, Product Management, Inventory Management, Supply Chain Planning, or WMS).
• 3+ years of SCM experience within a professional services company, consulting firm, or agency.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud SCM and WMS.
• Deep understanding of supply chain flows and support methodologies.
• Ability to work independently and manage global team collaborations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent on-the-job experience.

Preferred Skills

• Oracle Cloud SCM or MFG certification.
• Experience leading customer training sessions on industry best practices.
• Experience working with globally distributed teams.
