Description

Lead the design and delivery of end-to-end Oracle Cloud SCM transformation initiatives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of Oracle Cloud SCM modules across the entire supply chain process.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, integrated Oracle Cloud solutions.
• Provide functional and technical leadership across Supply Planning, Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing, Quality, Logistics, and PIM.
• Perform fit-gap analysis and oversee configuration, testing, and deployment efforts.
• Drive process improvements and stay current with Oracle Cloud product releases and roadmaps.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management solutions.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud SCM.
• Deep functional knowledge of Supply Planning, Self Service Procurement, Purchasing, Inventory, Manufacturing, Quality, Shipping, and PIM.
• Proven track record designing and implementing large-scale Oracle Cloud SCM solutions.
• Ability to lead workshops and document complex business processes.
• Strong analytical skills for solving complex supply chain problems.
• Experience configuring Oracle Cloud applications to meet business needs.
• Effective communication skills to interact with stakeholders, Finance, and IT teams.

Preferred Skills

• Oracle Cloud certification(s) in SCM modules.
• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and BI reporting tools.
• Background in Manufacturing or High-Tech industries and global, multi-site implementations.
