Description

Act as the Subject Matter Expert for Oracle Cloud Order Management within the Customer Service and Field Service team. Design technical solutions for system integrations and configure Oracle Cloud systems to meet business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement complex integration solutions for Oracle Cloud environments.
• Configure Oracle Cloud systems to align with specific business requirements.
• Collaborate with System Integrators during implementation projects to ensure technical alignment.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance as the SME for Oracle Cloud Order Management.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience working with Oracle Cloud or EBS.
• Proven experience with at least 2 Oracle Cloud implementations.
• Deep knowledge of the Order to Cash cycle.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Order Management.
• Experience with Enterprise Contracts and Fusion Pricing.
• Technical expertise in system configuration.
• Ability to design complex integration solutions.
