Description

You will lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle Fusion S&OP solutions to support integrated business planning processes.

Responsibilities

• Implement and configure Oracle Fusion S&OP solutions to drive integrated business planning.
• Collaborate with supply chain, finance, and sales stakeholders to gather requirements and improve planning processes.
• Optimize integration between demand and supply planning to align with business objectives.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and analytics reports within Oracle Cloud.
• Troubleshoot functional and technical issues and assist with data migration and system performance tuning.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud with expertise in S&OP, Demand Management, and Supply Planning modules.
• Proven track record of at least 2 full-cycle Oracle S&OP implementations.
• Hands-on configuration experience in Oracle Fusion Planning Central, Demand Management, and Supply Planning.
• Strong understanding of demand forecasting, supply planning principles, and inventory optimization.
• Proficiency with OTBI and BI Publisher for data modeling, analytics, and reporting.
• Experience with Oracle integrations including FBDI, ADFDI, and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Planning certification.
• Experience in high-tech or manufacturing sectors and enterprise transformation projects.
