Description

You will manage, configure, and troubleshoot Oracle Cloud solutions to ensure system performance, security, and availability.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Administer Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) including compute, storage, networking, and databases.
• Manage user access, roles, and security configurations within Oracle PaaS and SaaS.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues for Oracle Cloud Business users and internal teams.
• Monitor cloud systems for uptime and recommend improvements for cost optimization and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with Oracle support teams to resolve critical incidents and maintain compliance standards.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Identity Cloud Services (IDCS).
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and SaaS Administration.
• Proficiency in managing and securing SaaS applications.
• Experience configuring and customizing Oracle Cloud services to meet business requirements.
• Ability to manage cloud storage and networking components.
• Strong technical troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Experience maintaining operational documentation and troubleshooting guides.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in any field (Any Graduate).
