Description

You will lead the technical and functional delivery of Oracle ERP and SCM projects, ensuring successful deployment and stabilization.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage Oracle ERP and SCM project lifecycles, including execution planning, resource coordination, and stakeholder engagement.
• Oversee the development and implementation of RICE components and integration solutions using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Lead project deployments across all phases, providing hands-on support during Hypercare and post-go-live stabilization.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage ERP project resources in complex, multi-system enterprise environments.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as an Oracle ERP techno-functional professional.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience implementing and deploying Oracle ERP and SCM Cloud (SaaS) solutions.
• Deep expertise in Oracle ERP R12 and Fusion Applications.
• Strong proficiency in RICE object development and implementation.
• Proven experience with integration development, particularly using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Hands-on experience with project management tools such as JIRA.
• Solid understanding of project lifecycle management and execution planning.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
