Description

You lead Oracle Cloud ERP, HCM, and SCM implementations and system upgrades.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead project teams throughout the full lifecycle.
• Act as internal quality control for project deliverables.
• Identify, analyze, and quantify assumptions, risks, and issues to mitigate them.
• Plan, organize, and deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud technology projects.
• Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP, HCM, or SCM modules.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Proficiency in BI Publisher and OTBI.
• Ability to perform full lifecycle implementations and system upgrades.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects.
