Description

Lead the technical design and implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud integrations, conversions, and reporting solutions for global organizations.

Responsibilities

• Implement and support HCM Cloud applications, including conversions, customizations, and reports.
• Lead data conversion activities from legacy systems to Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Design and test batch and real-time integrations between HCM Cloud and third-party vendors.
• Troubleshoot and remediate technical issues within the integration landscape.
• Collaborate with offshore teams and vendors to drive design reviews and clarify requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud technical architecture.
• Expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud inbound and outbound integrations using SOAP, REST, and ATOM web services.
• Hands-on experience with BI Publisher, HCM extracts, and OTBI reports.
• Proficiency with HCM Data Loader and Spreadsheet Loader.
• Experience developing fast formulas across HCM modules.
• Proven ability to design complex integrations involving data translations and multiple systems.
• Knowledge of customizations, personalizations, approvals, and workflows.
• Functional knowledge of Core HR, Benefits, Payroll, and Absence.

Preferred Skills

• Experience designing capabilities on Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
