Description

Lead the delivery of complex Oracle HCM Cloud solutions and technical remediation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve production break/fix issues.
• Guide clients on HCM Cloud conversions, integrations, customizations, and reporting.
• Develop ad hoc reports using BI Publisher and OTBI to meet business requirements.
• Manage HCM Data Loader (HDL) processes, including technical validation and error resolution.
• Execute technical testing for quarterly patch updates and support UAT for interfaces and data migrations.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud HCM.
• Expertise in Oracle Fusion Technical and PL/SQL.
• Hands-on experience creating Fast Formulas across all key modules.
• Proficiency with Fusion Reporting tools including BIP, OTBI, and FRS.
• Deep experience with HCM Data Loader (HDL) and data object definitions.
• Technical knowledge of Core HCM, including Person Management, Assignment, Talent Profiles, and Workforce structures.
• Understanding of payroll concepts such as Elements, Balances, Payroll Relationships, and Calculation cards.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud.
