Description

You will design and implement Oracle Case Management solutions to optimize client disciplinary action processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Assess current case management processes to identify future-state needs and recommend Oracle solutions.
• Develop and document functional specifications for custom solutions within the Oracle Case Management framework.
• Configure the Oracle Case Management module and maintain the configuration workbook.
• Lead client unit, systems integration, and user acceptance testing by developing test cases and scripts.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in case management process optimization.
• Hands-on expertise with Oracle Case Management.
• Experience designing solutions for document uploading, real-time status tracking, and performance metrics.
• Ability to standardize processes and eliminate redundancies within a framework.
• Experience managing multi-user collaboration and centralized documentation retrieval.
• Background in designing role-based security and reporting structures.
• Proven ability to collaborate with project management, technical, security, and change management teams.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
