Lead Oracle CPQ implementations, architecture, and integrations to streamline sales processes and align with business objectives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable Oracle CPQ solutions, including workflow logic, pricing rules, quote templates, and catalog structures.
• Integrate Oracle CPQ with enterprise systems such as CRM and Oracle ERP Cloud.
• Customize modules using BML, JavaScript, or Groovy to meet specific business requirements.
• Oversee testing phases including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing.
• Document processes, provide end-user training, and mentor junior developers.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle CPQ architecture and implementation.
• Proficiency in BML, JavaScript, and Groovy scripting.
• Proven track record of large-scale CPQ deployments across multiple regions.
• Experience integrating CPQ with CRM and ERP systems, ideally Oracle ERP Cloud.
• Strong understanding of complex pricing rules and CPQ capabilities.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA and Confluence.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
