Job Description

• Should have strong experience on CPQ solutions for product configuration, pricing, and quoting, product bundles, option constraints, and configuration rules
• 24/5 Support for all applications. 
• Support critical P1/P2 production incidents, ensuring SLA adherence 
• Perform in-depth root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes to prevent recurrence 
• Analyze database logs to identify and resolve production defects 
• Develop and optimize SQL queries for data analysis, troubleshooting, and performance tuning 
• Support integration issues (EAI, Web Services, REST/SOAP) ensuring seamless data flow across systems
