Description

You will own the configuration, pricing, and quoting logic for Oracle CPQ solutions, ensuring seamless product bundles and constraint rules. This role requires 24/5 support for critical production incidents, deep root cause analysis, and performance tuning of SQL queries and integrations.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain CPQ solutions for product configuration, pricing, and quoting.
• Manage 24/5 support for applications, resolving P1/P2 incidents and adhering to SLAs.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes for production defects.
• Analyze database logs and optimize SQL queries for troubleshooting and performance.
• Resolve integration issues across EAI, Web Services, REST, and SOAP.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience with Oracle CPQ.
• Strong expertise in product configuration, pricing, and quoting.
• Experience defining product bundles, option constraints, and configuration rules.
• Proficiency in SQL query development and optimization.
• Hands-on experience with REST and SOAP web services.
• Ability to perform root cause analysis on production incidents.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with 24/5 on-call support rotations.
• Background in EAI integration patterns.
