Description

Lead the technical design, configuration, and integration of Oracle CPQ and Order Management solutions within a large-scale Lead-to-Cash modernization initiative.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement complex product models, pricing structures, and commerce workflows in Oracle CPQ.
• Design and build end-to-end integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, and enterprise middleware.
• Ensure seamless data flow from CPQ and Order Management into downstream Financials and Accounts Receivable systems.
• Establish technical standards through code reviews, architecture governance, and engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and executive leadership to deliver scalable enterprise solutions.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience with Oracle CPQ (BigMachines) and Oracle Order Management (Cloud or EBS).
• Hands-on expertise with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for complex enterprise integrations.
• Strong proficiency with REST/SOAP APIs and middleware technologies.
• Deep understanding of Lead-to-Cash business processes and integration with Accounts Receivable.
• Proven experience leading Oracle implementation teams as a Tech Lead or Solution Architect.
• Ability to work full-time on-site in Dallas, TX or Birmingham, AL.

Preferred Skills

• Oracle Cloud certifications in CPQ or Order Management.
• Experience leading enterprise Oracle implementations through go-live.
