Description

Develop and maintain Oracle ERP modules within a CRM environment, focusing on Service Contracts, Field Service, and TCA data management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize Oracle PL/SQL code for CRM applications.
• Manage Oracle ERP components including Service Contracts and Field Service.
• Maintain Install Base and Customer Master TCA data structures.
• Support core database functions and schema management.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional development experience.
• Expertise in Oracle PL/SQL and strong proficiency in SQL.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP Service Contracts.
• Experience managing Field Service modules.
• Experience with Install Base and Customer Master TCA.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or IT.

Preferred Skills

• SQL or PL/SQL certifications.
• Java Full Stack development experience.
