Description

Manage implementation and configuration of Oracle Service and Quality modules.

Responsibilities

• Configure Oracle Service & Repair modules, including Service Contracts, Install Base, and Depot Repair.
• Manage Oracle Quality integrations with Inventory, Purchase Orders, and Receiving modules.
• Execute upgrade testing for business processes and customizations within Oracle Service & Repair.
• Author functional documentation, including BR100s, MD50s, and conversion documents.
• Perform hands-on system configurations and maintain current knowledge of application capabilities.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of functional experience with Oracle Service & Repair modules.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle 12.2.9.
• Deep understanding of Oracle Service Contracts, Install Base, and Depot Repair.
• Proficiency in Oracle Quality and its integration with Inventory, PO, and Receiving.
• Ability to read and write SQL.
• Proven track record of writing BR100, MD50, and conversion documentation.
• Degree in any field of study.
