Description

Lead techno-functional implementation and upgrade programs for Oracle Customer Care & Billing (CC&B) within the utilities sector. You will own the end-to-end development lifecycle, delivering robust billing solutions with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Execute Oracle CC&B implementation and upgrade projects for utility clients.
• Develop and maintain new applications using Java, J2EE, and Groovy.
• Design and integrate REST/SOAP web services and microservices architectures.
• Manage complex data operations using JDBC, SQL, and PL/SQL.
• Apply SDLC principles to application development and support in a customer-facing capacity.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle CC&B.
• Proven track record in at least 3 CC&B implementations or upgrade programs.
• Strong proficiency in Java, J2EE, and Groovy development.
• Experience building and integrating REST/SOAP web services.
• Hands-on expertise in JDBC, SQL, and PL/SQL query management.
• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
• Experience with microservices-based implementation strategies.
• Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CCS implementation or migration projects.
• Deep knowledge of the utilities industry domain.
