Description

You will implement and manage Oracle CX Service Cloud solutions to meet specific business requirements.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage Oracle CX Service Cloud modules, including Installed Base, Maintenance Service, Logistics, B2B Service, Digital Customer Service, and Knowledge Base.
• Configure and customize applications to improve functionality and user experience.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide technical support for Oracle CX Service Cloud modules.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions.
• Develop and deliver end-user training sessions while monitoring system performance for optimization.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with end-to-end implementation of Oracle CX Service Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle modules, specifically Installed Base.
• Strong troubleshooting skills within the Oracle CX ecosystem.
• Deep understanding of customer service processes and industry best practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.

Preferred Skills

• Oracle CX Service Cloud certification.
