Description

You will build, customize, and support Oracle CX applications and integrations.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop custom objects and extensions using Application Composer.
• Write Groovy scripts, workflows, and field updates to meet business requirements.
• Create reports and dashboards using BI Publisher and OTBI.
• Build integrations using SOAP/REST APIs, ICS components, and VBCS.
• Troubleshoot bugs and provide technical support for Oracle CX applications.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of development experience.
• Proficiency in Oracle CX (Sales, Service, Registration, Leasing).
• Strong scripting skills in Groovy.
• Experience with VBCS for custom page development.
• Knowledge of ICS and Integration Cloud coding.
• Ability to implement SOAP/REST APIs for integrations.
• Familiarity with OTBI and BI Publisher.
• Understanding of Cloud architecture and DevOps CI/CD practices.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Java in the Oracle Cloud ecosystem.
• Any Graduate education background.
