Description

You will develop and customize Oracle CX CRM cloud solutions for Freezone, owning technical design, custom object development, and third-party integrations.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design technical and high-level architectures for Freezone applications based on business requirements.
• Develop custom objects and implement customizations in Oracle CX SaaS, VBCS, and ICS.
• Integrate third-party applications using SOAP and REST APIs.
• Create and maintain reports using OTBI Analytics Cloud.
• Review and validate complex codebases written by other developers.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of development and object customization experience in Oracle CX Sales and Service Cloud.
• Proficiency in Object Customization within Oracle CX Sales and Service Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with Groovy script development and custom object definition using Application Composer.
• Experience developing custom UI pages using VBCS.
• Experience integrating with ICS and IDCS cloud components.
• Strong programming skills for coding and testing modules per design specifications.
• Experience with SOAP and REST APIs for integration development.
