Description

Lead end-to-end Oracle CX Cloud solution design, business consulting, and presales activities.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive customer transformation across Sales, Service, and CPQ modules.
• Manage stakeholder engagement and business consulting throughout the project lifecycle.
• Design and implement Oracle CX Cloud solutions aligned with client requirements.
• Support presales efforts through technical demonstrations and solution architecture.
• Travel to client sites as required to deliver onsite solutions.

Required Skills

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in Oracle CX solutions.
• Expertise in Oracle Sales, Service, and CPQ modules.
• Proven track record in solution design and business consulting.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to client locations as needed.
• Valid H4 EAD or H1B visa status (passport and driver’s license required for I-94 verification).

Preferred Skills

• Experience in presales and technical sales engineering.
