You will manage the installation, configuration, and administration of Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) environments across development, testing, and production instances. You will oversee infrastructure to ensure high availability, scalability, and performance while implementing security measures and managing user access controls.
Responsibilities
- Configure ODI repositories, agents, and topology settings following industry standards.
- Monitor system performance and resource utilization to optimize query performance and workflows.
- Develop and execute backup and recovery strategies to safeguard critical ODI artifacts and metadata.
- Manage software patches, updates, and version upgrades in coordination with stakeholders.
- Automate routine administrative tasks and deployment processes using scripts and workflows.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in ODI administration and management.
- Deep expertise in Data Management and Database Administration.
- Experience configuring ODI repositories, agents, and topology.
- Proven ability to implement security protocols and access controls.
- Knowledge of backup, recovery, and disaster recovery strategies for ODI.
- Experience with capacity planning and resource allocation for compute and storage.
- Ability to manage software lifecycle including patching and version upgrades.
Preferred Skills
- Experience executing change management processes using version control and release management tools.
- Conducting regular security audits.
